Kim Hae-young, a former member of the Democratic Party of Korea, made a heartfelt remark to Lee Jae-myung, who was involved in various allegations under the prosecution's ongoing investigation, saying, "Now, please come down from the stage of history."

Former Supreme Council member Kim wrote on his Facebook today (22nd), "CEO Jae-myung Lee, you just have to stop."

While concerns about the prosecution's investigation targeting Lee, centering on the non-Lee Jae-myung-gye within the party, are slowly rising, attention is being paid to whether Kim's remarks will affect the unification of the ranks.

Some observers say that Kim's writings demanded his voluntary resignation as well as his political retirement.

Former supreme member Kim, who was first elected in the 20th National Assembly, is considered a representative minority group in the opposition.

He opposed the mainstream opinion within the party in the phase of 'completely deprived of the prosecution's investigation authority' as well as 'the country's situation', which drew backlash from strong supporters of the Democratic Party.
